Precision Pay is a powerful, enterprise-grade Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) designed to streamline leave management, employee performance tracking, appraisals, and automated payroll processing. The system was developed to empower HR departments with modern tools for efficiency, compliance, and people-driven analytics.

Led end-to-end system design, development, deployment, and support.
Built the backend using Nodejs + MongoDB for stability and concurrency.
